Is it possible to recover a lost KRA PIN at a cyber café? Well, yes. Eventually though, if they go about it in the right way (by way of emailing a scanned copy of your ID or passing your scanned ID card to KRA call center staff via Twitter or Facebook) you will eventually recover your KRA PIN.
